Bird-song reboots my awareness from the Void, and darkness fades to a scene so serene.

A canvas
of trees,
with shards
of blue sky
letting light
upon me.

Where my leg was severed, plantlife grows; strong vines intertwined and flowering bulbs are now grown into metal.

A force
calls to me,
seeping from
the trees,
the flowers,
and inside me.

I stand
and trek into
the deep wood.
