Brian returned after I tried to mend things
And things are going better than they once were
his sickness is practically gone
and my sadness is almost dissipated
But will it last this time?
I know that it will
I realize I’ve said this before
but I have true hope
and we will meet someday
once I transfer colleges next spring
and life will be bright
oh so bright
Hardships will still exist
but I’m more aware of my potential
and now I have someone to truly rely on
No matter what, life will be okay
